Today, Mark Lee and I spent some time reviewing our civil engineering and design plans. Our set is a 50% complete set, but the architects are actually at 90% completion.
Some of the stuff might surprise you, like retention ponds with fences around them. But, most of it is exactly as expected. (the retention pond thing is a code requirement.)
Our staff has reviewed the plans also. We’ve all made notes and will be talking with Rodney James from Master’s Plan (our consultants) next week.
Our design should be completed and be submitted for permitting in the next two to three weeks! We are ON SCHEDULE! Things are getting exciting!
